Main Street Ottumwa proudly announces the graduation of the latest cohort from the Business Builder Academy, a business fundamentals course designed to equip local entrepreneurs with essential skills for success. The program focuses on key areas such as business planning, marketing, accounting, insurance and more, empowering participants to strengthen their business foundation.
The Business Builder Academy is part of Main Street Ottumwa’s ongoing commitment to fostering small business growth in the community. This program offered participants personalized coaching, expert-led workshops, and hands-on activities, resulting in the creation of tailored business strategies to help them thrive.
“We’re thrilled to celebrate the achievements of these talented business owners,” said Fred Zesiger, Executive Director of Main Street Ottumwa. “Their dedication and passion for their business is truly inspiring. We look forward to seeing their continued success in Ottumwa.”
This year’s graduates include entrepreneurs from a variety of industries, including retail, food service, creative arts, and professional services. Each graduate is now equipped with the tools and confidence needed to grow their businesses and make a lasting impact in Ottumwa.
