This year’s event will be held Friday, April 11. The event will start at 2:30 pm and we ask that you stay open until 8:00 pm. We received great reviews from last year’s event both from those who participated and business owners. This event is one of our favorites and has grown to be one of the best attended events that we do.

We will be giving away a great prize thanks to South Ottumwa Savings Bank and Bridge City Home and Mattress (an outdoor pizza oven valued at $2500) which will sure to grab attention. We have a passport that may be purchased for $2 to be eligible for the prize, but additional chances will be given for sales receipts from participating businesses. If you would like to do additional giveaways or drawings in your business, we encourage you to also do these online the following day.

Bags and passports will be handed out at three locations. Passports can be turned in to any participating business. Our volunteers will pick the completed forms from you the night of the event.
Registration Fees help to cover cost of Prizes, Swag Bags, Passports, Trolley, Facebook marketing, and the continued work of Main Street Ottumwa Mission of fostering a vibrant, dynamic, and healthy downtown.​ If you are a business that wants to participate, but are not in the MSO district, we have some additional spaces in some already established businesses for vendors. Registration fees:
Inside the district: $75 or $50 with a $25 gift card donation (check if you're in our district)
Outside the district or a popup: $100 or $75 with a $25 gift card donation
